1. Design & Measure — We measure the space, walk you through tile, vinyl, hardwood, or laminate options, and give you a firm quote with materials and labour broken out. No guessing, no surprise square-footage charges.

2. Prep the Subfloor — Old flooring comes out, the subfloor gets levelled, repaired, and properly prepped with the right underlayment and waterproofing. This is the step that decides whether your floor lasts two years or twenty.

3. Install & Finish — Clean, tight cuts, straight lines, even grout joints, and proper transitions. We finish the details, clean the site, and you approve the work before we leave.
